Whether you are a
complete beginner or improver you will find a lesson with a professionally
qualified instructor beneficial.
| I offer a beginners introductory
course which is normally sufficient to enable the average fisher to have
an enjoyable days fishing on any of our waters in Kent. This is offered
as either one to one tuition or group tuition. The courses are flexible
and individually designed to meet your requirements. Personal requirements
are always catered for.
You will be taught the mechanics of each cast, power applications and
casting arcs to enable you to understand what the rod is doing. More
importantly if you know what has caused the cast to collapse you will
also know how to avoid it happening again. |

I
also give you the opportunity of trying various rods to give you an insight
into what you should purchase for your own use. Try and avoid the temptation
to purchase before you have tried. I teach using the latest rods and reels
from Redington, Vision and Snowbee. The lines are state of the art technology from
Rio.

As a beginner always try and have
the lesson first before spending your hard earned cash; it may well save
you a considerable sum of money. We offer for sale to our clients
quality tackle by Redington, Vision and Snowbee. We can arrange delivery
to your front door. |
You will be correctly taught the
following casts:
- Roll Cast and when to use it.
- Overhead Cast.
- Double/Single Haul and why
you should use them.
For improvers I offer courses
in analytical correction of faults. Struggling to reach 25 yards, I can
help. Struggling with open loops, I can help. As well as refresher courses
on the standard casts I also teach the following for improvers;
- Snake Roll
- Jump Roll
- And yes Single Spey with a
single handed rod
- And even Double Spey with a
single handed rod.
- Parachute
- Waggle
- Side
One to one tuition costs
£25 per hour with a minimum booking of two hours.
For two, the cost is £75 for two hours.
